Does data only plan in Jio get activated if current plan data gets over before validity period?

I already have broadband internet so I rarely use mobile data but today from morning broadband is down so using mobile data for internet may get used up soon, if I recharge with data only pack in advance will it get activated soon after my current plan data is over?

At Broadband, now it is fixed, but my question is about whether data only packs in Jio are data boosters also

Data packs come with validity like days right. After that day is over it will expire.

I currently have Rs 479 plan 6 GB data with unlimited calls & 1000SMS for 84 days, my question is if I use all 6GB & there are more days for plan to end are there scheme for adding more data for few days? There are data only packs my question if they get activated when my data is over itself or get activated only after validity date of current plan

Better call and confirm Jio CC on how it works.

The pack validity will start immediately on recharge. In case you have an active valid plan then the Data pack will be auto-activated on expiry of daily data allocation.
