Does 7750 require connection to PSU

Well im getting a 7750 soon.I need to know if it requires an connection to the PSU.
Or do i have to just remove screws,Remove HD 5450.
2)Insert HD 7750.Put the screws ??? or any connection more?

My PSU-CM 600W Extreme series

nope. It doesn't.

HD 6670 and HD 7750 don't.

HD 6750, HD 6770 and HD 7770 need one.
