dll registering problem

hi people,

i am trying to register a dll "bass.dll"

the problem is when i give the command

Code: 
regsvr32  "C:\un4seen\bass.dll"
it give the error:cry:

Code: 
C:\un4seen\bass.dll was loaded, but the DllRegisterServer  entry point was not found. 
This file cannot be registered
:mad:

Please HELP.

There may be some issue with bass.dll try to download more recent version of this file and try again regsvr32 "C:\un4seen\bass.dll"

yes, i have downloaded three versions of the same file

from three different sources (or they have downloadad from the same source)

but NONE worked

Are you sure it is the problem of the dll and not the dll server?????
