Display keeps turning off

Hi guys,

Need a little help. I have an amd fx 3350 machine with a GTX 650 ti graphics card and a 600w smps. The machine runs for a few mins and then the display goes off. An error message appears saying "no HDMI data found".
Is this an issue with my graphics card not getting enough power?

It's probably your monitor. It's capacitors may be failing. My 4 year old Dell monitor has the same problem, got it repaired from a PC repair shop, cost me Rs.600.

Thanks for your reply. I actually plugged in my TV to check the HDMI output and it didn't work. Is my graphics card dead?

check vga/dvi ports

it could be you GPU, if under warranty, contact them

I think its your GPU. Same thing happened to me when my GPU burnt

Same thing happened to my GTX660 2GB so sent for RMA and got GTX750Ti 2GB as replacement.

Yeah graphic card looks dead probably.

GPU is most probably faulty in these cases provided that Monitor is working fine.

which PSU ? Seems like your GPU is dead or it is not getting enough power from PSU .
