Display goes off no signal from HDMI, keyboard and mouse stop working, have to hard reset power to get it back on

Display randomly goes off saying no signal from HDMI, all temperatures are below 60 for all parts.

The mouse and keyboard also stop working, their lights also turn off

Power and reset buttons on the case don't work either

Changing HDMI from GPU to Mobo has no effect

Turning off the PSU and turning it back on then pressing the power button turns the PC on. Bought the new PC 2 days ago, this has happened 4 times and is driving me insane

You can try these,

Run RAM with base frequency, disable any OC or XMP.
Reset BIOS.
Do a bench test with minimal required hardware.
Reseat your CPU

Have no enabled any RAM OC, tricky part is it can happen suddenly in a short span of time and sometimes nothing happens for entire day. Very hard to debug and pinpoint the problem

Try troubleshoot one by one. You can't live with this issue, can you?
