Disabling Printing

How do I disable printing for the other accounts my PC has other than the administrator's account in Windows XP Pro?. My printer is Epson Stylus C20 SX.

See *windows.about.com/od/tipsarchive/l/bltip616.htm - basically, you go to the properties of the printer, select "Security Tab" and create a list of all users you dont want to allow for printing and set permission for "Print" to Deny. Do note - DO NOT set this for "Everyone" because this will include administrators and deny rules are given more importance over allow rules...
