disabling keyboard and mouse using vb.net...

hi guys .. whats up ????
ther has been a long time since i have visited this forum as lost my connection at home..

now can anyone help me for solving a problem.. i m developing cyber cafe management sof\tware using vb.net and ado.net . now in that i want to dispaly a username , password form and that form should not be disabled by any cost means not by alt+ctrl+del or else . can i disable this keys or entire keyboard and mouse outside the area of the form ?????

can anyone help me??? plz suggest me i need to know..

doesnt playing with form_lostfocus etc and disabling border yield anything
