I am working on a VC++ project which uses dshow.h file, from a previous release of directX SDK. It is compatible with windows 2000 sp2 and below. Now, i have windows vista...
is it possible somehow to run the program?
DirectX SDK older version gets installed... but when i compile and run the project, a message pops up saying directX 8 bla bla.. runs on windows 2000 sp2 or lesser versions only. I tried installing the new directX august 2007 release... but it doesnt even have a file called dshow.h!! i guess they dont keep the same file names?? *sigh*
