Digital camera reviews needed!

The pursuit for a cool digicam has been on and the bounty is around 12k.
The fact is I need a Digital Camera which is good in performance as well as ergnomics.
The other preferences are:
1.Image stabilization
2.Burst shot facility
3.3x Optical zoom or more
4.Video out
5.USB 2.0
6.Rechargeable Li-ion Battery
7.RAW/TIFF Image format (optional)

In 12k, you won't get IS. If you are fine with grey, in arnd 13.5 or so you'll get the Canon A710 IS. Very nice camera. Also nothing other than DSLRs support RAW.
