Digit leaked my email address

when i signed up for digit i created a filter for digit emails. Now I a getting spammed. Just wanted to let you know.

I didn't create a filter, but I got a similar email from a different address shortly after OP got one (I manually reported it, it was present in main inbox):

Could be a result of the DDOS we've been having recently.

I think it would be better if everyone change their passwords and email if possible.

Edit: @Whistler81 I suggest redacting your email in that screenshot to prevent additional spam.

I got one spam email yesterday in my spam folder on gmail but nothing else.

I also got similar email at 0417 and 1019 today morning.
Do I need to change email also or just the password will do?

I think it wouldn't hurt to change the password. We don't know what's been leaked. If password hashes have been leaked, then it's better to change the password, especially if the password is weak.

Are all these spam going only to Gmail inboxes? I have used another provider while registering and have not recived any mail.
