Difficulty deciding between two laptops

Hello,
One of my friends wants to buy a new laptop. He has narrowed down to two choices -
HP Pavilion 15-e017AU Laptop (APU Quad Core A4/ 8GB/ 1TB/ DOS)
HP Notebook 240 Series Laptop
HDD space does not matter whether its 500GB or 1TB. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!

What is your exact budget?
This laptops are in 30k range there are many good one available then these two...
Avoid APU A4 based laptops.

If there are better options available, please suggest them. Otherwise a choice freom these two would suffice.

Never mind. My friend got himself a Dell Inspiron 14R (Extended his budget :p). Anyways thanks guys for your suggestions. :)
