Did IRCTC remove ICICI Netbanking option?

I have been using IRCTC for years. Now I don't see my bank under Netbanking section. I have even saved it as a preferred one and just few weeks ago I booked, it was there then. Now I don't see at all.

I called IRCTC, but he says if it's not there then it's bank issue not IRCTC.

Payment Gateway service powered by ICICI does have option only debit and credit cards.
Multiple Payment service by ITZ, Razorpay, PayU doesn't have ICICI and PhonePe doesn't have netbanking option.
IRCTC iPAY asking me to signup for something called mudhra?

I don't know how I should book now. I have been searching for option for an hour now.

BTW, I am looking for Netbanking option, not card.

Same here,probably some technical issue at ICICI.Why not use upi option via icici banking app?

I don't have smartphone and yeah I heard there is an option to do the same in feature phone as well. But never bother to know about it until now.

BTW, I am looking for Netbanking option, not card.

It's not there even now but you can pay using ICICI NB. Select Multiple Payment Services > Credit & Debit cards / Net Banking / Wallet (Powered by Paytm) and this will redirect you to paytm gateway page. There ICICI NB is still listed.

Heard from ICICI that the service is waved off.

Yeah, for now Paytm is the only option for me.
