I want to use my modem and talk to my friends on phone and I want a application which can help me do that. I just dont want the application but it's source too. I searched Planet-source-code.com but no avail.

Can nayone suggest how Can I develop one using VB?

ok u can try searching on www.codeproject.com..u will get in c++ or c#...
u can use msdn help as they have provided many classes and interfaces for modem support...
go on www.msdn.com...u will get some good codes also and on www.codeproject.com
