My monitor developed one vertical line. I was too busy in other works that I could not get it to service center. In the mean time it developed more.
Searched for dell monitor service center in internet but found few confusing results.
Contacted their twitter account to point me to an service center in Kolkata.
And,
couple of tweets later they sent one guy with new monitor to replace my faulty one!!!
Best customer experience for me.
