Most laptops in your budget would have ULV processors which are not suitable for intensive tasks such as video editing. I'd suggest getting a laptop with i5-9300H at the least (or i7-8750H if you can find it for under 65k)

Dell laptops are too overpriced in India, you are better off getting something from Acer or Asus, even if it's not a gaming laptop. This is good for occasional video editing, longer render time than gaming laptops:

I know it doesn't have best thermals nor the best GPU for the price, but for your video editing, it should do just fine due to i5 9300H, which is a 45W CPU meant for high-performance, unlike 15W CPUs in non-gaming laptops. It is lighter than other gaming laptops.
