Decent gaming laptop around 70k ?

I want to buy a good gaming laptop (Any brand) this diwali.
My budget is around 70,000. Please suggest me a good gaming laptop that take recent games on medium-high settings / no AA (Screen resolution doesn't matter).

I would prefer :
1) Intel Core i7 ( 4th gen preferable & no i7 dual core processors with U in the end ),
2) 6-8 gigs of RAM,
3) 750GB-1TB HDD (5400 or 7200, doesnt matter much to me )
4) A decent graphics card ( comparable performance to 650m/750m )
5) Without touch screen as it reduces performance and battery life.
6) Windows 7/8

Please help me choose a good laptop so that I don't regret later.
Also please tell me if I should wait for more 4th gen I7 laptops to arrive ( as they are somewhat new ) or some new chipset from intel ( i9 ? maybe? ).Thanks.

PS : Acer's website boasts of 4th gen i7 laptop with GTX 760m. I contacted acer stores and they simply refused about any such laptop with GTX 760m. Are they really available ?

Thanks again.

The laptop only showed up on acer website but didn't come to India.
Your choice should be Lenovo y510p under this budget.

Well, y510p is about 76k.
I have to go under 70k.

I have selected this laptop - HP Envy 15-J048TX Laptop (4th Gen Ci7/ 8GB/ 1TB/ Win8/ 2GB Graph) - HP: Flipkart.com

Please tell me if it's good or not ?

If gaming is your only concern, forget about the Hp Envy Laptop u mentioned.
Better go for Y510p, or you u can get the new dell haswell laptops with 750m GPU (the processor might be a bottleneck though) under 70k easily
