Customizing office 2007 Ribbon to look like office 2003

Hi guys,


can anybody tell me how to customize the office 2007 ribbon toolbar to look like office 2003/XP.I went thru in some article in digit,this can be done.Help me.

But I would like to ask you something!! Why are u doing so??? I would never ever,, turn back to the classic view of those complex buttons..

I like these new ribbons a lot.
