just try out urself man.
u can surelly do b/w high and very high.
or run fraps in bg and see the avg fps and tweak accorging to the resulting fps. 28~35 ll be enuf for crysis like games. And 25~30 ll enuf for games like WIC.

But for fps like UT3, ull need min of 40~50 for a gud gameplay.
