can someone please tell me keyboard buttons with funtions for EA sports cricket 2005

for batting
W : backfoot shot
S : Front foot shot
A : come down the pitch and hit
d : Leave the ball alone!
arrow keys with the above buttons to determine in which area u want to hit

press shift for 6 hit.

for bowling:

After the fielders recover the ball, the statistics of the batsman or the bowler will be displayed. after a second, there will be a list of balls available on the left hand side of the screen. press the respective key for the ball you want to bowl. to fix the marker and the speed meter, press the key that you pressed for bowling the ball.

EA has put up control list for demo in pdf version which applies to full as well.
There are a lot of permutations and combinations in controls.
