Creating New Video DVD

I am having a Dual layer Video DVD.Now I want to write another video DVD which will contain certain files.
Please help me in doing!!
I cannot recognise the clips which I want to add.There is two folders viz. Video TS and Audio TS.

how should I continue??

in DVD files are always combined in files
for taking only some certain clips u need to first use some conversion software which will convert ur DVD into avi or MPEG after this u can take any file u want

Then a dual DVD would take much time to convert the contents in .avi format.
Is there any s/w which will do the same in less time??
if I convert any Dual DVD of space 7.61GB,how much it would be after conversion??

dont know abt that
but i tested once a 100mb file it conveted into 120MB
