Create a webserver

My system is always connected with internet throuhg a high speed ADSL connection. How can I host my own websites on my computer and others can acess it?

You could use web server software like Apache or even use IIS which is bundled along with WinXP Pro.

For others on the internet to access your website they need to know the IP address of your computer.Or else you could get hold of a cheap domain & use it.
Btw do you have a static IP or a dynamic IP?

Now since you've a dynamic IP keeping track of it for public users becomes cumbersome.So either you could buy a domian name or use free services like No-IP or DynDNS
