I got my Corsair PSU HX650 replaced yesterday. I visited Kaizen on 20th Apr and dropped in the faulty PSU and got the replacement RM650 PSU yesterday. Had to convince them that the product was in warranty when I handed it initially since they were not sure what the warranty period was for HX650 (they thought it was 5years while it is actually 7). They took it for RMA after they called up their head office to verify warranty period. Handed in copy of invoice and was asked to wait 10~15days while replacement arrives from B'lore.
