i need suggestion i have Cooler Master Hyper 103 RR-H103-22PB-R1 recently i noticed the stock fan is NOT working properly spinning very slow is there any alternative compatible options available only for Fan module ?? reply

Looks like the cooler comes with a 92mm fan. I'm not sure whether this is a standard size since the next standard size is 120mm.

As such it's unlikely you might find another fan that's of this exact same size (to the best of my knowledge).

If the cooler is under warranty, see if you can get it RMA'd.

RMA it if its under warranty or replace the entire cooler.

My fan always spins very slow. It spins fast when CPU temperature increases significantly.
Try furmark or some application to stress the processor and see if the fans kicks in?
Also, you can remove the fan, remove the sticker and a rubber cover beneath it, put 2 drops of machine oil or trimmer oil, place the rubber and sticker back.
The bearing might be out of oil.
I do this with all the fans of my PC.

How old is the cooler? If ball bearings are gone then there is no choice but to replace fan.
