Confused of 64 & 32 Bit Processors

Dear Friends,

I have Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 2.13 GHZ processor

with Intel 965 Mboard and 2 GB DDD2 667MHZ ram ...

My Doubt is that i want to know wheteher my Processor is a 64 Bit Processor or not ...

I am willing to install 64 bit XP in my PC ...

If my Processor is not 64 Bit ...

What are the Processors from Intel are 64 Bit ???
