Confused about my rig, please help!

Hey all,
Remember me? yeah, i'm annoying everyone here with the continuous questions on my rig, bear with me as i'm a noob and buying an assembled pc for the first time and want it to be as perfect as possible.

So yeah, getting to the point, at this time my current config is:-

Processor- Amd Phenom II X6 1100T
HeatSink- Noctua NH-D14
MotherBoard- Asus Crossfire V 990FX
Ram- Gskill Ripjaws x f3-12800cl9s 4gbxl(*2) (so 8Gb total)
Graphics Card- Msi r6950 twin frozr III power edition/OC
Hdd: Seagate 1TB 7200.12
Dvd- LG 22x SATA
Power Supply- Corsair tx850 v2
Case- Cooler Master HAF X
Monitor- Dell ST2220L 21.5 FULL HD LED
Keyboard- Logitech G510
UPS- APC 1.1 kva
SSD- OCZ 60gb agility 3 sata III
HeadSet: steel series siberia white

Ok, so i took the basic framework of the config from the PC BUYING GUIDE thread, the 85K pc config, and modified it to my liking, to adjust the price and my wants.

Anyway i was looking through some reviews of the Intel i7 2600K (the one that was recommended in the pc buying guide) and found that it kicked my AMD's ass in everyway.

So my question is:-
Should i change the current PROCESSOR and MOTHERBOARD from what i decided to the one that was given in the pc buying thread, so:-
FROM:-
Phenom II X6 1100T
Asus Crossfire V 990FX
TO:-
Intel i7 2600K
Gigabyte GA-Z68X UD3H B3

And Also do i need to change my GPU from:-
MSI R6950 Twin Frozr III power edition/OC(2 gb of graphics)
TO:-
MSI GeForce GTX 560 Ti 1GB Twin Frozr II(1 GB of graphics)

Everything else stays the same, the price for both crosses my limit of 85K(its going to 96K for AMD and 98K for Intel)but since i'll be buying the parts in wholesale price, it will be around 85K when i buy them.

Also i know that the AMD bulldozer chipsets are on its way,but as some of you may know, waiting is not an option for me or else i wont get the pc at all and i don't think my dad will let me upgrade 1 month prior to buying the pc, so i will need to stick with the config for atleast 1 year.

I will be using the pc for gaming and vfx

So, this is a very important question and await a reply eagerly, i will highly appreciate who can help me with this problem.

Regards,
An Extremely Confused 16 yr. old.

And the intel i7-2600k will beat any AMD Processor till date by a good margin. So, your ultimate choice is to go with Intel for your budget.
But if you hold your wait for another 1-2months then you can get hands on a 8-Cored BD CPU too.
