Actually, I decided, no need for gaming. That the minus. But essential is web browsing, downloading, watching full HD movies, Run MultiSim , Comsol, Siemens PLC software, Video editing and MS Office.

Bro, I suggest u check this, the ryzen 3600 processor has better performance than the core i5-9600k in physics simulation software.

R5 3600 doesn't have an integrated GPU like i5 9400 or 9600K (Intel's F CPUs lack iGPUs as well, like i5 9400F & i5 9600KF). So you need a dedicated GPU for the system to boot. If you can buy a cheap used GPU, that will work as even something like used GTX 1050 for under 5k is much more powerful than iGPUs of CPUs.
