We recommend PSU's not companies. We suggest what's best at the required price. Corsair's entry level VS and CX are not very good. CX is fine if you cannot find anything else.

But reviews for Gigabyte GA H81 are very poor. Please suggest some other

GA H81 is a fine mobo.if you want, you can go with B85 mobos like Asus B85 D3H amd the Gigabyte alternative too. But IMHO, GA H81 would suffice. Also there won't be problems in the future with the rig.

Antec VP series uses better components than Corsair VS series. As Harshil said, we recommend PSUs, not companies. Corsair too has great PSUs like the TX and RM series. :)

I was also looking for a PSU. And belive me, after a lot of research I found that inspite of positive reviews corsair vs and cx series are not good enough to last more than 3yrs. The main components that define the age are the capacitors used. Those caps used consists of capxcon and other low end companies. And are just made in such a way that during the 3yrs warranty they will work. And soon after die out, forcing you to buy a new unit.

These unit have more chance to fail as compared to psus from antec like the vp series. They have used all japanese caps etc. Which would even last more than 5yrs at about the same price or Rs300-400 more I would suggest an antec.

Also, note that corsair warranty is supposed to be the best. But, antec built quality Is way better and you might not need to avail the warranty at all.

I would recommend a vp450p. Its atleast equivalent to the much costlier seasonic psu for the same capacity and corsair can't match its quality.
