Make Way the LORD is Here
Clementine is a modern music player and library organizer

Clementine is a multiplatform music player. It is inspired by Amarok 1.4 and is written to take advantage of Qt4. Clementine is Free Software under the GPL. It runs in Linux, Mac OS X, and Windows.
For those Amarok users who have been missing the superb interface of Amarok 1.4 after the arrival of a rather buggy Amarok 2, and new interface which wasn't so much liked, this player serves quite well, and at least appears snappier and having a better interface than many of its counterparts.

Clementine with Visualizations
Interface and Features
The interface is very similar to the good ol' Amarok 1.4, while it has integration with Last.FM, as well as Magnatune and has features like Visualizations and the Cover Manager as well. Sadly there's no Wikipedia Artiste's page or Lyrics at this point but they may appear as features of plugins in the future.
It has to be said that Clementine is quick and non-bloated and for the information for Linux users it has been "forked" from Amarok using Qt4, and does appear well integrated in GNOME unlike Amarok.
The player looks quite promising and ready to use already
P.S.: The music fades when stopped like in Amarok
