I made a renewal request three days ago through online credit card payment. contacted support for password. They said it will take upto 2 hours to generate password. It's been 3 days. I made more than a dozen calls in three days and every time, they say "apologies for inconveniece caused. we will escalate the issue and it will be resolved by end of day today". Does any one have any contact in worldspace who can really resolve this?
