Cheated by worldspace!!!!

I made a renewal request three days ago through online credit card payment. contacted support for password. They said it will take upto 2 hours to generate password. It's been 3 days. I made more than a dozen calls in three days and every time, they say "apologies for inconveniece caused. we will escalate the issue and it will be resolved by end of day today". Does any one have any contact in worldspace who can really resolve this?

dude remember that you are in india, MOST of these people do not respong well until kicked heard on their rear.

the next time you call them use some really tough langauge(NOT PROFANITIES) shout at them and threaten to take them to the court.
yes there is a consumer court you can go to.
