Since multimedia and programming are your primary uses this is perfect for you. (FHD screen ,JBL speakers , backlit keyboard)
I dont own it but 2 primary disadvantages i felt it had: abysmal battery backup (even the store guys admit that when selling it :p ) , terrible touchpad.
