cheapest configuration possible???

i am building a pc (after 12 yrs) for a bit of evrything viz. internet, gaming bla bla bla.....already have a philips 5.1 speaker system and 32 inch monitor.....

jus need the motherboard n CPU n a low powered graphics card...........i am mainly interested in getting 2nd hand products

had a couple of options......please tell whether it is fine or not -

^buddy tell your budget. which psu, cabinet you have?

and its better to not to buy a pc then spend on those components you mentioned.
