[Want to Buy] CCTV cameras

Hi Guys,

A local retailer is selling Alhua brand's cctv in our area. 10000/- per camera including installation charges. Night Vision is there but not that good. If we need wifi option to stream the same anywhere then the upper model costs around 15000/- What points to look for while purchasing one? Advisable to buy the same online? Night vision and wifi thing are needed.

Not much idea about CCTV but the basics should be same.Check picture quality over both options(wifi as well as 3g/4g sim if available) & also check if it is possible to setup the upload of captured footage to some remote location(aka google drive etc) instead of a HDD at home(now seeing cases where burglars actually take the entire DVR with hdd in it).

Thanks. Will check that linlk. The offline shops are also selling those chinese stuff. Is there any good camera that can be set up ourselves from this-

Can't comment about quality but as far as setup is concerned,all IP cameras should follow same basic steps.Search on google & youtube,you should be able to find some good tutorials.
