You can choose what you want to clean with CCleaner. The options of what to clean appear when you open the program...on the main window itself.It may remove Network Passwords,but I don't think it will remove log-in details..:)

Network Password is -

The password used to log in to the Virtual Private Network (VPN) and the CPP wireless network.

CPP=Common Pass Phrase.

To be honest, I Googled the definition. :D If you are unsure about what it will change,leave it unchecked in CCleaner.

In CCleaner Options > Cookies, add the sites you want the login details to keep, to the 'Cookies to Keep'. This way your login details will not be removed on running CCleaner.
