Career in Flash

Hello, I am a BTECH CS 4th year student, I am confused about my career. I am interested in FLASH and want to get into flash area either as a developer or as a designer. Well I have no idea how to get myself prepared or where to study. I hope someone will shred a bit of light on the topic.

Well there is more confusion. OK I have read that flash is going to be replaced by html5, but not sooner then 5-6 years ,completely since it is still developing. And many claims that flash is still more suitable to develop games than html5. So there is a big war going on and there are people like me with less clues. Again the picture is blur..

I am not sure but i don't think you can put logic into html5 like you can do in flash .
fLASH IS still far more advanced then html5 .

also some people learn flash out of their creativity and passion .If it s the case with you then don't hold back .Just give it a try .
