Can't run 16-bit windows program

I have a P4 1.6 Ghz computer with a sis motherboard.My problem is that whenever i click on my ide driver installer program it pops up an error "Can't run 16-bit windows program.Cannot find f:\sis ise driver\setup.exe(or one of it's components).Please check that all requires files and libraries are available."The file used to run on my computer earlier.I even formatted and reinstalled windows xp but the probem persists.My config.nt and autoexec.nt files are alright.I run winxp sp2 with all the latest updates.

ur driver cd must have been corrupted.. try get another copy... or find them on the net..

Try right clicking and choose the compatability tab and click on run in windows 95 or 98 mode.

my driver cd is fine.Also this is happening for my vb 6.0 cd as well
