Cannot see applications in add or remove programmes

I have many softwares / programes installed on my PC but I am not able to see many of them, neither on my add or remove programme nor in uninstaller. Please help where can the problem be and how to rectify it.

You can use Revo drag and drop option to remove them. Fixing them might not be possible.
