Can I use my laptop's 65W Type C Charger to charge my oneplus device?

Lost my oneplus charger , wanted to know if I can use my laptop's type c charger to charge my phone.
Laptop Charger = 65 W
Oneplus 5T Original Charger = 20W

My phone doesn't support USB PD Protocol , having the protocol support would mean the phone can accept only limited amount of power.
But I have tried it anyway , I was using ampere app and measuring the current , the app said healthy charging and the input power was almost similar to my phone charger . Can I continue using it .

Dash charger operates at 5V/4A, no other voltages. Laptop's charger can output 5V/2A, so your phone will charge at 5V/2A = 10 W.
