Can i turn my Old PC to Thin Client

i have Dual Core CPU and Gigabyte 945 Motherboard, 1 GB Ram, ATX Cabinet and 450 Watt SMPS, (No Hard Disk Drive and DVD Drive)
can i some how convert my old pc to work as thin client by using Pendrive or something else i dont want to spend more on it...

Is it like you looking for storage device similar to HDD? If yes, then USB HDD are there in market if you could afford them otherwise pen drive is the only option left or you can also save your data online in Drop-box also.
