Can I overclock saphhire HD 5770 Graphics Card along with its safety?

Guys Plz tell me wether I can overclock Sapphire HD 5770 Graphics Card Safely without damaging the card? Thanks in advance

Don't know abouth the sapphire one but i have OCed my MSI TWIN FROZR HD 5770...
i am running it at 895MHz clock and 1250MHz memory...it was very easy using the MSI Afterburner
