can i go for SIDEKICK 4G?

Im in love with this phone at first look.Is there any way to get this phone for less than 10K ?

Im trying to buy something through my relatives in US, im confused what to opt..

1. Get a Nexus 7 16gigs + Sidekick 4g ( will try to unlock this @xda forums)

2. Be a desi, and buy Xperia Sola for 15k at least.

Sidekick 4G have updates to latest ICS or JB?? GSM arena states is on Froyo. First time I saw a Sidekick device (picture) I was totally blown off. unique design. Try to see if there are any other models with updated OS.
