can grafix card be repared urgent

i have gforce 5200 256 mb grafix card from xfx.

when i am installing in the computer it is showing me 128mb and blue,white lines appear at regular interval. what has happened can i repare it or make the card properly atleast.

Why can't you RMA it?

Before RMA'ing it check if the terminals/connectors are not corroded....and the card is firmly in the AGP slot...if it is then, ''RMA''
