If you're spending 120k, why you don't want to buy mouse and keyboard?

No point in getting a OCable CPU as OCing doesn't helps in games. A Xeon E3 1246 V3 would be better VFM for gaming.

Local pricing may affect the entire config. You may end up buying a 105-110k config for 120k. :|
Why you don't want to buy online?

Anyways, modified forum's 110k config

^ IMO, you're spending too much on mobo and the cabinet, get the Z97-K and a samsung 850 Pro 120 GB SSD instead. Specify which corsair PSU are you referring to? If its from the VS series, avoid it completely.

It is a very good motherboard and it supports 5th generation processor also.it would help in future also.yep,it was vs series.would look for another one.

What about Cooler Master Thunder 700w (RS700-ACABD3-UK) SMPS or CORSAIR CMPSU-600CXV2UK 600 Watts PSU?

Avoid Cooler Master PSUs. I think there was a thread here on TDF about PSU's to avoid.

What is the problem with Seasonic S12II 620 W?

i7 4790K will serve you good for 4-5 years. You won't need to upgrade. And till then, maybe 7th or 8th gen may launch, with probably different socket. This'll make the mobo obsolete and that's why I said you're spending too much on mobo.

You will be gaming, which makes overlooking not much beneficial for you. Also if you want to gowith 5th gen, wait for it, don't go buying a i7 4th gen another upgraded to 5th gen. Avoid CM Thunder and Corsair VS PSUs, they are poorly built. Get a Seasonic S12II 620W if you dont wanna SLI later on. If you want to SLI later on, get Corsair RM 750 or the equivalent. Also, a 120k rig without a SSD sounds a little sad IMO.

I haven't overlocked my pc ever.I want to overclock it.

So, just for that purpose you are willing to spend nearly 13k extra which won't help in gaming?

Just get the config I suggested with following modifications:
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus
Cabinet: NZXT Phantom 410
Keyboard: none
Mouse: none

IMHO, you shouldn't waste your hard earned money like that.

it isnt anything special, and nothing profitable for your needs. You can waste your money and we wont be able to do anything neither it would affect us, its you who will end up with the money wasted ;)
