Camera for multipurpose use

Hi Friends,

My friend is looking for a compact camera like say a Canon G7x. He will be using it to take photos, videos and maybe do vlogging. His budget is 20-40k. Please advise.

I think there are less than a handful of cameras like G7X in that price bracket.

Not many cameras are launched lately and many are not making it to Indian market.

Check these, I don't know if these are widely available and in his budget.

Yes it is old. Yes the new version is coming soon and yes it is not good at all for vlogging. But it is one camera which he can take pretty much anywhere and the lens is good (best?) for compact camera.
Otherwise Sony RX100 III is the best bet.
