call & sms details

hi room,
i want to acces call duration( total recieved calls duration and total outgoing calls duration) and msg log ( msgs sent and recieved with number details & if possible time & date details as well) in samsung pop and samsung fit..i'm just not able to find it ( used to do it all the time in nokia phones)..

if i delete the log from call history or delete the msg, can i still find out abt these calls and msgs?
is there any software for same?

There vl b a dialer icon on the home screen in the lower right corner and there s a contacts icon besides that...
Open any of these in the dialer there vl b a logs tab or in contacts there vl b a history tab...
Open any of those...
U vl get the all the details there...

U can use Secret box frm netquin...
It securely locks the msgs n call logs of select contracts...
But u won't get deleted msgs r logs back...
