Hi.... I am using regular cable tv for tv. I just wanted to know abc of cable internet.

Is it avalable in INDIA???

Do i need to spend additional money for cable internet besides monthly rent for cable tv?

i was getting around 200KBPS for adsl inet. Will i get speed more than this?
