Every TV tuner card has a socket for the cable. You connect it the RF cable to the card the the card to your computer (not necessarily in that order). Then, install the software/drivers. All set.

Ok, you mean Antenna in as in the RF input socket. I thought you just said antenna. Minor misunderstanding.
