Buying new mobile around 15K

I am going to buy one android mobile around 15k range. I would like to have dual sim, 5" display. I am thinking to go for oneplus x or moto x play. If you have moto x play, I would love hear feedback.

P.S: I have Xperia Z1, so please don't suggest that.

If you have Z1, continue using it & buy a 1-2k basic phone for 2nd SIM.
(I personally carry around 2 phones)

For your info., Moto X Play is a 5.5" device.
Also fill the questionnaire if you are sure of buying a 15k dual SIM phone
