buying from China!

my dad is going to China in 2 days
So i am thinking of buying some computer products ... RAM, HDD,pen drives...
i might as well buy a C2D E6600 from there! but need ur opinion guys ..
now i know there r going 2 b warranty issues if i get things from there but then if i m getting something dirt cheap .. say .. 1/3rd or less of the price i may as well buy it
So what products should i buy from there ? n r China rates going to be cheaper from US rates?? can i buy a graphics card, a whole new MOBO n CPU from there??? HELP!

things which ur father can test at live , should buy... graphics card, Ram which r parts of pc which cant be tested.... also check some chinese websites for gadgets and check and compare prices...
if there is good brand with international warrenty, buy... otherwise no.....
