Buying advice

Broken In
I'm considering buying a laptop, my budget is around 55-60k
So far, I've gone through some sites, and found three laptops which I feel are kinda good.
Can someone help me choose which one to go for, or recommend some others?
I plan on using this laptop almost entirely for gaming, and for watching movies, and to get the occasional studying done

The laptops are:

ASUS Asus K55VM-SX086D:

3rd gen i7 @ 2.3 GHz
6 MB L3
8 GB RAM (DDR3)
1 TB SATA @ 5400 RPM
Nvidia geforce 630M (2 GB DDR3)

HP Pavilion DV6-7010TX:
3rd gen i7 @ 2.3 GHz
6MB L3
6GB RAM (DDR3)
640GB SATA @5400 RPM
Nvidia Geforce 630M (2 GB DDR3)
Beats audio

Dell XPS 15:
2nd gen i5 @ 2.50 GHz
8GB RAM (DDR3)
750GB SATA @ 7200 RPM
Nvidia Geforce 540M (2 GB)

Now, as far as the prices are concerned, the ASUS comes at 54k, the HP at 59K and the Dell at 63K.

As far as I'm concerned, it's either the HP or the ASUS for me, as the 3rd gen processors seem to be the deal clincher. The graphics card on the dell is more or less the same as that on the others, and the processor is slower.
But, the thing is, both ASUS and HP aren't really known for their gaming capabilities, and though I've used HP extensively, I have no clue about ASUS and the build quality, as well as the support. Getting an OS for the ASUS won't be a problem, as my college gives out Win7 premium to all the students. So which one should I go for, the ASUS or the HP?
