Buying a new digi-cam budget 18k

Its time for me to get a new camera and I have narrowed down to these cameras.

Sony H3
Olympus 550

So the budget is around 18k. Cant stretch a penny beyond that. So, do tell me which camera to buy.

Fo this pice,IMHO 550 is not a good option,look out for H3 or for 560 as i don think there is a much price diference in 550 and 560.But 560 has got some major improvements over 550.

buddy...sony DSC H5 is available for 17 k and H9 is available for 21k...so h3 might not be a good choice now

on the other hand some other worthy competitors..
